Terms and Conditions for Sun Signs

  1. Acceptance of Orders

    • All orders are subject to acceptance by Sun Signs and are governed by these terms and conditions. By placing an order, the client agrees to these terms.
  2. Quotations and Pricing

    • All quotations are valid for 30 days from the date issued, unless otherwise specified. Prices may be subject to change based on material costs or other factors. Any changes will be communicated and agreed upon before proceeding.
  3. Payment Terms

    • A 50% deposit is required upon order confirmation, with the remaining balance due upon completion of the project. Payments can be made via bank transfer, credit card, or other agreed-upon methods. Late payments may incur additional charges.
  4. Production and Delivery

    • Sun Signs will endeavor to meet all agreed-upon deadlines. However, delays due to unforeseen circumstances such as equipment failure, supply chain issues, or force majeure events are not the responsibility of Sun Signs. The client will be informed promptly of any delays.
  5. Installation

    • Sun Signs provides installation services for signage. It is the client’s responsibility to ensure the installation site is ready and accessible. Any delays or additional costs incurred due to site unpreparedness will be the client’s responsibility.
  6. Design and Proofing

    • Clients are required to approve all designs and proofs before production. Sun Signs is not liable for errors or omissions in approved proofs. Changes requested after approval may incur additional charges.
  7. Warranty and Liability

    • Sun Signs warrants that the products supplied will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one year from the date of installation. This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, vandalism, or natural wear and tear. Sun Signs’ liability is limited to the repair or replacement of the defective product.
  8. Cancellation and Refunds

    • Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of confirmation without penalty. Cancellations after this period may result in a forfeiture of the deposit. Custom orders and products already in production are non-refundable.
  9. Intellectual Property

    • All designs, concepts, and artwork created by Sun Signs remain the intellectual property of Sun Signs unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Clients must obtain proper authorization for the use of any third-party trademarks or copyrighted materials.
  10. Confidentiality

    • Sun Signs respects the confidentiality of all client information. Any proprietary or confidential information provided by the client will be used solely for the purpose of fulfilling the order.
  11. Dispute Resolution

    • Any disputes arising from these terms and conditions or related to the services provided will be resolved amicably through negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached, the dispute will be submitted to binding arbitration in Chennai.
  12. Governing Law

    • These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any legal proceedings will be conducted in Chennai.
  13. Amendments

    • Sun Signs reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of any changes, and continued use of services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

By placing an order with Sun Signs, the client acknowledges they have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
