1. Eligibility for Returns and Refunds

  • Custom Orders: Due to the personalized nature of custom signage, we do not offer returns or refunds unless the product is defective, damaged, or does not match the approved specifications.
  • Standard Products: Returns and refunds are available for standard, non-custom products within 14 days of receipt, provided the items are unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.

2. Defective or Damaged Products

  • If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund, including any applicable shipping costs. Proof of damage (e.g., photographs) may be required.

3. Incorrect Products

  • In the event that the delivered product does not match the approved design or order specifications, please notify us within 7 days of receipt. We will either correct the error, provide a replacement, or offer a full refund.

4. Return Process

  • To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team with your order details, a description of the issue, and any supporting documentation.
  • Our team will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and instructions on how to return the product.
  • Returned products must be securely packaged to prevent damage during transit. Sun Signs is not responsible for any damage that occurs during the return shipment.

5. Refund Process

  • Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will process your refund. The refund will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
  • Shipping costs for non-defective returns will be borne by the customer and are non-refundable.

6. Exceptions and Exclusions

  • Custom products with specific design approvals are not eligible for refunds unless they are defective or do not meet the approved specifications.
  • Products that have been used, altered, or damaged by the customer are not eligible for return or refund.
